James was great with customer service and made the new car buying purchase as stress free as possible. He was patient, honest, and fair. He was very knowledgeable about the cars, and even took time to ask service departments questions about add ons! Really made buying a new car almost fun. I would recommend him to anyone in the market for a new Jeep.

We were impressed with the selection of 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokees. We initially went to Cowboy Dodge in Cheyenne but they only had two Grand Cherokees in stock and both were 2013 models. Russ, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great buying experience.

Ya know how it is, you want to find a dealership where you feel like you're not getting screwed. You want to talk to someone frankly and not play the betting game. You want to tell the salesperson what you can afford, what you want and have them as patient as you are to find the right truck at the right price. Seemingly impossible isn't it? I used to think so, too.
About a year ago I started looking for a used Dodge Diesel. I started online searching Northern Colorado and found the online store for Fort Collins Dodge. I wrote a letter to internet sales guy that basically said I want a no BS, no high pressure conversation about a truck. He called, we talked and he emailed pictures from time to time, but never pressured me to "come down to the dealership" or "consider a new truck". Last month, after he put in hours worth of time from me a bought a truck from Mark Matson.
It was the second time I enjoyed truck buying--the first time was 2 years before with the same dealership...and again, a great, fun, fast experience.
So, I don't know what all the salespeople are like there. I don't know if they all try as hard to get the best financing or work with your budget, but you can be certain that I'll do my business with people who go out of their way to do good, fair business with me.

Devin Vance provided a very relaxed buying experience for us. When we shared with him that we were worried about purchasing a new vehicle because we filed bankruptcy two years ago, he was sincere in not wanting to put us into a situation where we would be over our heads financially. He worked with Robert Smith in getting our monthly payment as low as possible. Devin was just a very genuine and personable guy.
Robert Smith was also a pleasure to work with. We were so happy when he let us know that he got us an even lower interest rate than originally quoted!

I have dealt with Fort Collins Dodge twice now. Both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. The staff is all willing to do whatever it takes for the customer and not their own benefit. Thanks to all who took the time to put me in to the truck of my dreams. Hands down this dealership will get my referrals!

Overall, it was a good experience. Mike Shapiro was very helpful in finding the right vehicle for us without being too pushy. I'd recommend doing business with them without hesitation.

My name is George Ferrell. I just purchased a new 2013 Chrysler Town & Country van from Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Dealership.
This is the first time bought a car from them. I went in to look at a Dodge van and the sales person (Ryan Buller) showed me several vans and was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I got a call from my business and I had to leave immediately and thanked Mr. Buller for his help. He was very courteous and said if he could help me with any other questions just call him. About a week later I got a break from work and called Mr. Buller with some more questions and he took the time to answer the questions and I told him at that time I had changed my mind about which van I was interested in. I think he thought now I was interested in a different make but he was still very kind and said if there was anything he could do for me just let him know. I said I would. Another week went by and I called Mr. Buller and made an appointment to meet with him. I met Mr. Buller and told him I was interested in a Town & Country van instead of a Dodge van. I told him the color I wanted and the options I would like to have and, of course the right price. Again I told him I was pressed for time. He was very nice and asked if I could give him a few minutes to see if he could locate what I wanted as they didn't have the exact one in stock. I said before he did that what would be the price. Of course I wanted the best deal I could get and I know a business has to make a profit and I knew what I was willing to pay. In less than 15 minutes we made a deal and they had located the exact van I wanted. They had it at their dealership the next morning ready for me to pick up at 9:30 a.m. and at all times everyone was a pleasure to work with and after the purchase was completed, everyone wanted to make sure we were instructed on how things worked on the van and to let us know that at any time if we had any questions or needed any help they were there to help.
I am very pleased with the dealership, employees and the Town & Country van.

I wanted a truck that was not to be found in the area. I was after a 2WD, Crew Cab Dually, with a stick. Everyone at the dealership went the extra mile to help me get the truck out of Texas. It was not easy, but they got the truck for me and I really appreciate everyone's efforts.
The entire staff was very courteous and professional at all times.
I use the service department frequently for our maintenance needs. I have 3 trucks and four cars and have always been pleased with the work, pricing and communication by all the service department staff.

Alex was great to work with and I will recommend him to friends and colleagues. He was very patient, drove numerous vehicles with me in order to narrow down my wants in a vehicle, and worked diligently to earn my business. He searched through numerous partner dealerships to find the exact vehicle I decided on and stayed late numerous nights to work on fulfilling my order. There was no pressure to buy which I greatly appreciated and made the deal happen. He always maintained a professional, yet friendly demeanor, which naturally put me at ease. The negotiation was seamless and I feel as though I received a fair deal on the vehicle I purchased. Once again, I highly recommend Alex as a salesperson and feel as thought he is a great asset to the dealership.

Got a great deal on a barely used car that was not even a year old. Ryan was very knowledgeable and did not play games which I very much appreciated. I am very pleased with my experience. We even got a free 50" TV in the process.

First of all, I must recognize our Sales Consultant Alex! Alex was awesome to work with! If you ever go to Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep, ask for Alex by name and he will take care of you.
On to the story - So my wife and I had found a used Jeep Grand Cherokee online and we immediately knew it was the car for us. We were in Loveland at the time, and rushed over to Fort Collins to take a look at the car. We had never been to the dealership there and we didn't know what to expect from the sales staff. We pulled up, walked over to the front door, and that is where we met Alex. He sealed the deal! Alex listened to our story about seeing the Jeep online and helped us find it in the lot. He took time to go over every detail of the car as well as its history. He collected all our info to get the finance info working before we took our test drive and got us on into the car quickly! Alex really made our experience at Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep memorable, and I hope to get the chance to buy another car from him!
